LawNet modernizes CRM and launches LawNet Connect with Arkom Creative Technology

LawNet, a network supporting independent law firms, needed to modernize its digital systems. Their existing CRM had usability issues and their website was running on an outdated, unsupported version of Umbraco. They partnered with Arkom Creative Technology to reduce risk and create a stronger technical foundation using Dynamics 365 and Umbraco.

Arkom Creative Technology began by cleaning up the CRM to improve its reliability and supportability. They then migrated the website to Umbraco 13 and developed a new foundational member portal called LawNet Connect. This solution provided a more robust system for staff and gave members self-serve tools and a forum for collaboration, leading to improved engagement, reduced admin, and a scalable platform for future growth.
