What’s Cooking? tackles supply planning complexity with Arkieva and €781 million in revenue

The customer, What’s Cooking?, is a rapidly growing European fresh savory food group. Facing increasing supply chain complexity, they struggled with fragmented planning systems and an over-reliance on a large quantity of Excel sheets to manage their S&OP processes. They turned to the vendor Arkieva to implement a new advanced planning and scheduling (APS) system.

Arkieva, alongside implementation partner Solventure, worked with What’s Cooking? to deploy their supply planning solution. The focus was on creating a common understanding and alignment across different organizational functions. While the implementation is still in its early stages, the vendor notes that valuable lessons were learned and highlights the positive teamwork with the customer's eager project team.
