Gates Europe, a leading manufacturer of hi‑tech rubber belts and hoses, faced a fragmented S&OP process built on stand‑alone applications and spreadsheets. To streamline and integrate forecasting, inventory optimization, supply planning, executive reporting and performance tracking, Gates selected Arkieva (with implementation partner Solventure) to deploy the Arkieva supply chain suite for S&OP.

Arkieva implemented its integrated S&OP solution across all 7 Gates plants and 4 distribution centers in Europe, onboarding over 100 active users in an eight‑month rollout. The Arkieva solution enabled collaborative demand planning, instant supply‑scenario generation, and powerful exception/KPI reporting—significantly improving demand‑planning efficiency, raising S&OP maturity to the next level, and serving as a best‑practice project within Gates.
