Arkham Technologies integrated Circle K’s ERP, POS, and Excel catalogs into a unified platform, enabling AI-powered automated store and category reporting, a real-time Sales & Operations Control Tower, and fully automated sales forecasting. The work eliminated manual consolidation (saving hundreds of hours), put more than 50 team members on trusted, data-driven workflows, delivered a real-time view across every store, category, and SKU, and was built in under six months—accelerating AI adoption by over 18 months compared with traditional timelines.
