EEOC Goes Live with ArkCase FOIA

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) processes about 20,000 FOIA requests each year, but its legacy FOIA system was outdated, difficult to use, and plagued by bugs that were not being fixed. Small changes like labels and dropdowns had to be handled by the product vendor, creating frustration and limiting the agency’s ability to adapt its process.

ArkCase implemented ArkCase FOIA for the EEOC, giving the agency a more flexible, configurable, and easier-to-use solution with faster go-live and better extensibility. The EEOC reported increased efficiency and greater ability to adapt to changing government requirements, and said a replacement from another FOIA provider would have taken twice as long and cost five times more to implement.
