The customer, a top US healthcare company, engaged Aristek Systems to develop a remote patient management (RPM) system. Their challenge was to create a HIPAA-compliant telemedicine platform that would enable video consultations, patient management, and payment processing, with the main goals of allowing medical professionals to observe patients and prescribe treatment online, manage patient progress remotely, and save time on administrative tasks like invoicing.

Aristek Systems designed and built a scalable, multi-part solution consisting of an RPM system, an admin panel, and a mobile app. The platform provided core features for video conferencing, managing patient history and care plans, and handling billing. As a result, the customer received a fully functional MVP built from scratch, which subsequently helped them secure an additional round of funding to continuously improve and extend the platform, including requests for scaling, new features, and API integrations.
