ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE, an innovative digital entertainment and media group, needed an efficient way to meet its legal compliance obligations and manage its internal control system (ICS), a process that previously required a high degree of manual effort from its managers. To address this challenge, the company partnered with vendor Arineo to implement a solution using the Microsoft Power Platform.

Arineo designed and implemented a digitized "Certification Letter" process using Power Automate and DocuSign, which automated queries and document management. This solution drastically reduced manual work and paper usage, while also increasing response rates and compliance awareness across the group. Furthermore, Arineo helped establish a Center of Excellence and foster a community of citizen developers, who have since built over 30 apps and workflows, significantly accelerating the company's digital transformation and process automation.
