Complex testing and approval processes bundled in one Power App

customer, HSE Live Commerce, a leading European live commerce provider, faced complex and time-consuming contract review and approval processes between its various departments. This created a significant administrative burden and an overwhelming flood of emails. To address this, they partnered with vendor Arineo to develop a solution using Microsoft Power Apps.

Arineo implemented a centralized Power App called EFABO, which digitized and streamlined the entire workflow. The solution provided full process transparency, eliminated email overload through in-app communication, and integrated with existing legal software via robotic process automation (RPA). As a result, Arineo's app made the complex process more efficient, significantly reduced the time required, and generated automatic, traceable documentation for all participants.
