Arlo, a leading home security camera provider, needed a billing platform to support its spin-off from Netgear, expansion into new business models, and launch of new offerings like Arlo Safe. Arlo also required strong churn reduction capabilities, PCI compliance, and support for complex account structures across 38 countries, so it chose Aria Systems and its billing solution.

Aria Systems implemented Arlo’s own instance of Aria, migrating 700,000 accounts in about six weeks with no downtime or customer disruption. The solution helped Arlo scale to 2 million subscribers by 2023, cut churn from double digits to 2.6%, and improve API performance from over a minute to just a few seconds.
