Comcast Technology Solutions (CTS), which delivers technology and monetization services to media, streaming, advertising and communications customers, faced operational limits from multiple legacy billing systems, custom code and manual processes across 18 lines of business. With rapid growth in digital video and ad delivery, CTS needed a single, scalable billing solution to support complex rate cards, faster product launches and consistent processes across divisions.

CTS implemented Aria Systems’ cloud billing and monetization platform to replace three legacy systems, consolidate order-to-cash, and enable configurable (not custom) handling of multi-dimensional rate cards. The unified platform automated invoicing and payments, gave finance more autonomy, and reduced order-to-invoice time to under an hour—delivering greater product flexibility, improved operational efficiency, increased revenue and better customer satisfaction.
