Arena Live Chat—an easy no-code solution—was embedded into Pecege’s virtual classes to let teachers and students interact live and to log dialogues for future reference. The Arena deployment boosted platform activity, contributing to more than 1 million page views and 7,602 SSO logons in 2022, while improving engagement and community connection across Pecege’s courses.
