As a startup aiming to move quickly from prototype to production, the company struggled with disconnected tools (Excel and separate MCAD/ECAD systems), poor revision control, slow engineering change processes, and difficulty keeping dispersed suppliers aligned — all of which threatened time to market and product quality.

Instagrid implemented Arena PLM as a cloud-based single source of truth to aggregate mechanical, electrical, and software data, integrate with Altium and SOLIDWORKS, and automate revision and change workflows.
