Widener University completes a $21 million, 200-bed residence hall with ARDEX Americas

Widener University needed a fast-track solution to complete a new 200-bed residence hall before the start of the fall semester to address its growing student housing needs. The project's general contractor, IMC Construction, along with installer A-Deck, Inc., turned to ARDEX Americas for a high-quality, rapid floor leveling solution for the 50,000 sq. ft. building.

ARDEX Americas provided the solution with the ARDEX V 1200™ self-leveling underlayment, which was efficiently pumped across the site using the ARDEX ARDIFLO® mid-capacity pump. This system enabled the team to quickly and reliably level the floors, directly contributing to the successful, on-schedule completion of the $21 million project for Widener University.
