The Seattle Theatre Group (STG), a non-profit managing three historic theatres, faced significant video security management challenges. Their on-premise video management system was unreliable due to network strain and then became overly complex to maintain, requiring manual updates for servers at each location. Seeking to eliminate this burden, STG sought a cloud-based solution and ultimately partnered with vendor Arcules.

By implementing the Arcules cloud platform, STG integrated their existing cameras for a streamlined and user-friendly experience. The Arcules solution saved their systems manager an estimated 16 hours per month on maintenance, freeing him for strategic work while providing security staff with an intuitive tool that required no training. STG was able to easily monitor 70 channels across two theatres and plans to expand the Arcules platform to all its venues.
