Roper Pump Enhances Security Posture with Arctic Wolf’s SOC-as-a-Service

Roper Pump, a global provider of fluid handling solutions, struggled with limited visibility across a diverse, distributed network (300+ workstations, 125 servers and AWS infrastructure), constrained IT resources, and new vendor risk/compliance requirements. To address these gaps, Roper Pump engaged Arctic Wolf and adopted Arctic Wolf’s SOC-as-a-Service (Managed Detection and Response) to provide 24/7 monitoring and security expertise.

Arctic Wolf deployed its SOC-as-a-Service across Roper Pump’s on‑premises and AWS environments (including EC2 and S3), ingested growing numbers of log sources, and provided continuous Concierge Security support. Arctic Wolf’s MDR uncovered malware and adware beaconing, questionable administrative activity, risky web behavior, and IAM hygiene issues, enabled endpoint containment, improved overall security posture, and delivered full-environment visibility—helping Roper Pump meet customer risk requirements and prevent small incidents from becoming catastrophic breaches.
