Case Study: Harbour Air achieves 24x7 threat detection, reduced cyber risk, and automated security awareness with Arctic Wolf Networks

A Arctic Wolf Networks Case Study

Preview of the Harbour Air Case Study

Arctic Wolf® Clears Airline of Security Obstacles Through Operational Approach

Harbour Air, North America’s largest seaplane airline, faced rising cyber risk with a three‑person IT team supporting a geographically distributed, legacy environment and lacked time‑consuming internal phishing training, 24x7 monitoring, and expert threat response. To address these gaps they engaged Arctic Wolf, adopting Arctic Wolf Managed Detection and Response (MDR), Arctic Wolf Managed Risk, Arctic Wolf Managed Security Awareness, and the Concierge Security Team (CST).

Arctic Wolf implemented continuous 24x7 monitoring and human-led response, a Managed Risk dashboard for prioritized remediation, and fully managed security awareness and phishing simulations. Within weeks Arctic Wolf detected and helped block attempted logins from outside Canada, enabled guided vulnerability fixes (including isolating a legacy aircraft‑monitoring system), automated weekly trainings that saved IT time, and delivered measurable risk scores and ongoing peace of mind for Harbour Air.
