Capita, the London-based professional services and outsourcing company, needed a faster way to assess a high volume of applicants for its Customer Service role. With 12,000 applications to process, it wanted a more objective hiring method that could help it see beyond the CV while keeping candidates engaged. Using Arctic Shores’ candidate assessment platform, Capita was able to evaluate candidates at scale and at pace, with 65% of invited candidates completing the assessment within 24 hours. The approach gave Capita clearer insight into candidate potential, and the experience was well received by candidates: 93% enjoyed the psychometric assessment and 88% said it reflected positively on Capita as an employer.
