The Adecco Group, one of the world’s largest human resources providers, wanted a more compelling candidate experience for its “CEO for One Month Programme” to better engage higher-calibre applicants. Arctic Shores used interactive, mobile-friendly tasks to reduce test anxiety and keep candidates engaged throughout the assessment.
