The Adecco Group, one of the world’s largest human resources providers, wanted a more compelling candidate experience for its “CEO for One Month Programme” to better engage higher-calibre applicants. It turned to Arctic Shores and its behavior-based psychometric assessment to create a process that was more attractive, on-brand, and engaging for candidates.
Arctic Shores used interactive, mobile-friendly tasks to reduce test anxiety and keep candidates engaged throughout the assessment. The results were strong: 89% of candidates enjoyed the process, 74% felt less anxious, and 81% were more excited to work for The Adecco Group after completing it, helping the company strengthen its employer brand and support authentic candidate performance.
