Kantar, one of the world’s leading research and consultancy firms, needed to modernize its graduate hiring process to better fit a changing market. The company wanted a more efficient way to identify strong candidates, improve diversity in early-stage hiring, and create a more engaging candidate experience. To do that, Kantar turned to Arctic Shores and its potential-based hiring assessment.

Arctic Shores worked with Kantar through workshops and job analysis to define the behaviours and skills needed for future graduate hires, then implemented a consistent behaviour-based assessment. The approach improved assessment-to-hire efficiency, driving conversion rates as high as 100% for one division, increased hires from ethnic minority groups by 7%, and was enjoyed by 91% of candidates.
