Wyndham Destinations World’s largest vacation ownership selects Arcserve OneXafe for their storage infrastructure

Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific, the region’s largest vacation ownership operator with 51 resorts and 58,000 owners, faced a storage challenge when launching "Project 99" — an audio-recording initiative that could produce hundreds of terabytes on top of 300+ TB of existing voice and video across 23 sites. They needed a scalable, easy-to-deploy platform with built-in local and remote replication, efficient storage to control costs, and reliable access for audits and security.

Arcserve deployed six OneXafe 4412 scale-out object-storage appliances, providing deduplication, compression, cross-site replication and immutable snapshots every 90 seconds. The implementation reduced storage footprint, simplified rollout and data access across locations, enabled rapid ransomware recovery and auditability, and delivered the scalability and confidence Wyndham needed to expand Project 99 and other growing data pools.
