POKKA Singapore, a leading beverage manufacturer founded in 1977 with about 600 employees, relies on ERP and production, recipe, scheduling and logistics systems to keep operations running. The company was managing multiple, fragmented backup tools that were time-consuming for its lean IT team, leaving them short on support and vulnerable to costly downtime from server outages or cyberattacks.

In August 2020 POKKA consolidated to an Arcserve Appliance (9000 series) and Arcserve UDP Cloud Hybrid to protect 16 TB across 3 physical and 20 virtual servers. Automated local backups are replicated to Arcserve Cloud, cutting the backup window from six hours to 2.5 hours and reducing recovery time from 7–8 hours to minutes.
