INSIA secures its customers' Microsoft 365 data with Arcserve SaaS Backup

INSIA, a French managed services provider specializing in virtualization, security and storage, was asked to protect a customer’s 800 Microsoft 365 accounts. The challenge was that many SaaS offerings don’t include native backups, so INSIA needed a simple-to-deploy, easy-to-manage solution with transparent, flexible pricing to ensure customers’ cloud data could be recovered if accidentally deleted.

After a two-month proof of concept, INSIA deployed Arcserve SaaS Backup, chosen for rapid rollout, an intuitive console, EU-based storage and a per-account MSP pricing model. The solution automatically includes new accounts in backups, delivered predictable monthly reporting, and after nearly a year the customer reported no backup or recovery issues; INSIA has since expanded the service to more and larger customers.
