Duell Bike-Center is a Finland‑based wholesaler of motorcycle and powersports apparel and parts with about 75 employees and warehouses in Finland and Sweden. Maintaining an up‑to‑date online product catalogue is critical for resellers and customers, but the company relied on multiple standalone backup solutions, making recovery management complex and forcing IT staff to spend over an hour each morning checking backups.

Duell consolidated backups with an Arcserve Unified Data Protection (UDP) Appliance, deployed in a day to protect about 5 TB across 14 servers with nightly incremental backups and built‑in deduplication and compression.
