Dorégrill, a family-run rotisserie oven manufacturer near Nantes that produces about 6,000 ovens a year with 70 employees and 40% export revenue, faced a critical data-protection challenge during COVID. With more than 3 TB of data (growing 15–20% annually) and five servers, their legacy backup required daily manual disk swaps and weekly on-site backups—an impractical and risky process once remote working and travel restrictions took effect.

Késys deployed Arcserve OneXafe Solo with Arcserve Cloud replication and the OneSystem remote-management tool, replicating 3 TB over a weekend and adding a 4 TB internal disk plus a 24 TB local NAS.
