Dermoshop Group is a Finnish skincare and cosmetics retailer founded in 1988 that sells exclusively online across Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Russia. With 80+ employees and between 200 and 5,000 orders a day, the company needed highly available, easy-to-manage backup and recovery after manual tape backups proved time-consuming, unreliable and risked losing critical transaction data.

KDSoft deployed Arcserve Appliance to protect roughly 23 TB across 17 servers, using deduplication and compression to cut storage needs to under 4 TB.
