Contractor Business Solutions NW (CBSNW) is a Pacific Northwest construction-software reseller serving about 1,200 contractors since 2003, historically focused on Sage accounting products and hands-on onboarding. As their clients grew, CBSNW recognized a persistent gap: accounting systems didn’t address construction-specific HR, mobile timekeeping, wage-hour and hiring compliance risks that increasingly impact operations and finances.
CBSNW partnered with Arcoro to fill that gap, adding modules like time & attendance, applicant tracking, onboarding, core HR and payroll/compliance to create a 360-degree accounting-to-HR solution. The partnership proved quickly effective—CBSNW closed its first Arcoro deal within three months, has a growing pipeline, and can now sell a complete compliance-aware solution to larger CFOs while leveraging Arcoro’s organized support and education outreach.
