The IT department of a government organization responsible for developing mission-critical applications needed to secure its data center's privileged access environment from both insider and external cyber threats. To address this challenge, the department partnered with ARCON and implemented its Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution.

The ARCON PAM solution provided a centralized access control mechanism for end-users, vaulted and frequently randomized privileged passwords, and enabled seamless single-sign-on to applications. It also maintained video logs for all privileged users and allowed for seamless monitoring of privileged sessions across multiple devices in two cities. This implementation by ARCON successfully secured the client's critical privileged access environment.
