Spokane County, WA needed to replace NearPoint by Mimosa after the product was discontinued under HP/Autonomy control. The county had 15 TB of archived mail in the old system and could not run two mail archive platforms at the same time, so it worked with Archive360 on the migration.

Archive360 successfully extracted the archived messages from NearPoint and delivered them in PST format so Spokane County could ingest them into the Barracuda 850 mail archiver appliance. The extraction process ran smoothly, and the county said the result made it easier for end users to find old email and helped it respond to Freedom of Information Act requirements.
