Programmed Group Migrates Enterprise Vault Email Archive to Dell Archive Manager

Programmed Group, a provider of staffing, maintenance and facility management services across Australia and New Zealand, needed to consolidate email archives after acquiring a company that used Enterprise Vault V9. The legacy archive contained 25 TB of data and was described as “unhealthy,” running on an old 2003 x86 server with limited skills available to support it.

Archive360 provided Archive2Anywhere to extract the data directly from the archive SQL database, rehydrate stubbed emails, and automate export with PowerShell. Programmed Group migrated all 25 TB into Dell Archive Manager, avoided bringing Enterprise Vault back to a healthy state, and said Archive360 saved significant time and cost while helping maintain full chain-of-custody and data integrity.
