JE Dunn Construction, a major construction firm, faced challenges with its legacy NearPoint email archiving system, which was difficult to support, prone to data loss and corruption, and required substantial on-premises infrastructure. To support its move to Office 365, the company engaged Archive360 to migrate its legacy archives to the cloud and eliminate these problems.

Archive360 successfully migrated nearly all of the company's historical email data from NearPoint to Exchange Online Archives. This solution allowed JE Dunn Construction to eliminate its entire NearPoint infrastructure, resulting in significant savings on high-performance SAN storage and the decommissioning of one of its last physical servers.
