The City of Ormond Beach, FL needed to replace EmailXtender 4.81 after 14 years of use because the product had been discontinued by the publisher. It also found that its existing tools for exporting PST files were not working properly, so it looked for another way to move its archived email data.

Archive360 installed its A2A (Archive Anywhere) software on a virtual server built for the project and helped the city export the data from the old archive. The migration completed with no critical errors, and the city moved 400 GB, or about 4 million messages, into the new solution. Archive360 also adapted its software to work with the city’s old SQL 2000 instance.
