City of Foster City, a full service municipality, had used NearPoint as its email archive since 2009. When support for NearPoint was set to sunset in 2013, the city began planning a migration to a new solution and needed a way to move existing data out of NearPoint without maintaining two systems.

Archive360 provided a cost effective tool to export the data out of NearPoint as PST files with full reporting and logging. The city reported a 99.999% success rate in getting the data out of NearPoint, and Archive360 also helped diagnose and correct mailbox issues so Foster City could retire NearPoint and keep its old data safely on its new Barracuda system.
