Case Study: Pianeta Sindacale Carabinieri improves member communication and services with Archibuzz’s PSC Assieme mobile app

Pianeta Sindacale Carabinieri launches PSC Assieme for iOS and Android with Archibuzz

Pianeta Sindacale Carabinieri, a union for members of the Carabinieri force, needed a centralized digital solution to improve communication and service delivery to its members. Their challenge was to provide exclusive access to a wide range of services—including news, live streams, a video library, a web radio, and an AI chatbot—through a single, easily accessible mobile channel. They partnered with Archibuzz to design and develop the PSC Assieme mobile application to meet this need.

Archibuzz developed the PSC Assieme app for iOS and Android, integrating features like an AI-based chatbot, a content archive, live video streaming from WimTV, and a web radio. A key component was a Drupal-based admin panel, allowing union staff to manage content and send personalized push notifications. The solution successfully created an innovative, centralized channel that enhanced communication and engagement, providing members with immediate access to all union services and information on the go.
