University of Worcester UK Empowers Students and Craftspeople with ARCHIBUS

The University of Worcester, a fast-growing UK university with five sites, 60+ buildings and some 10,000 students, needed to modernize its facilities management: consolidate space and building data, improve maintenance reporting and communication, enable mobile working for craftspeople, and deliver a better learning environment through a central help desk and accurate operational data.

Working with MASS, the university deployed ARCHIBUS applications for space management, building operations, a student-facing help desk and mobile working. Data was standardized and integrated, students were enabled to submit accountable, auto‑prioritized work requests, and craftspeople gained ownership of mobile workflows. The result was higher-quality requests, more independent and efficient estates operations, stronger reporting and performance evaluation, improved sustainability and room-data accuracy, and increased productivity and customer satisfaction.
