Case Study: Türk Telekom achieves reduced infrastructure costs and streamlined operations with ARCHIBUS

A ARCHIBUS Case Study

Preview of the Türk Telekom Case Study

Türk Telekom Optimizes Operations with ARCHIBUS

Türk Telekom, Turkey’s leading telecommunications group with millions of fixed, ADSL and mobile subscribers and a portfolio of some 18,000 buildings, needed to cut building-operation costs, improve facility and asset utilization, and increase operational transparency. The company sought detailed reporting, efficient move planning, asset tracking and automated room/facility reservations to modernize and streamline its facilities management.

ARCHIBUS Solution Center–Romania, working with partners Innova and Procos, delivered a phased ARCHIBUS implementation (Real Property & Lease, Space Management, Room Reservation, Building Operations, Move Management) and later added Service Desk, Contract Management, mobile maintenance workflows and ERP integrations with SAP and Active Directory. The integrated solution produced the required reports, reduced infrastructure management costs, improved control of property, facilities and equipment, stayed on schedule and established a foundation for ongoing improvements.
