John Menzies Wholesale, part of the John Menzies Group in Edinburgh that distributes 50 million copies weekly to 24,000 customers, moved into a new 4,776 m² headquarters while reorganizing 46 branches. Facilities Manager John Tucker needed a flexible, technology-driven FM system to track furniture and equipment, optimize space, manage maintenance centrally, and control contractor and maintenance costs without increasing headcount.
