Case Study: BMO streamlines workplace planning and reduces costs with ARCHIBUS

A ARCHIBUS Case Study

BMO standardizes 60 floorplans with ARCHIBUS to unify worktech and cut costs

BMO, a leading North American bank, faced challenges in standardizing data and processes after its acquisition of Bank of the West. Inconsistent drawings and disparate systems between the two organizations created gaps in planning and strategic visibility for their portfolio of 50 offices. To address this, BMO partnered with vendor Eptura to consolidate and unify their worktech.

Eptura implemented a solution using its Serraview platform to standardize portfolio drawings and integrate occupancy data. This created a single source of truth, eliminating disconnected systems and manual processes. The results included the integration of 60 new floorplans and consolidated data for 1.3 million square feet, enabling consistent, data-driven workplace decisions across the unified portfolio.
