Altrata, a provider of global people intelligence, faced the challenge of migrating its legacy API documentation to a modern platform without diverting its internal UI teams from core product development. They needed a specialized solution to document their five GraphQL APIs, a Salesforce plugin, a data feed, and a website, and chose Archbee to avoid the time and resource cost of building a platform themselves.

Archbee was selected over alternatives because of its superior GraphQL support, usability, and features like hosting multiple domains and SSO support. Although the project had not officially launched at the time of writing, progress was good with no substantial issues reported. The Archbee implementation was on track to save the company significant time and internal resources.
