Baoji Titanium Industry, a leading producer of titanium, titanium alloys and rare metals and a key supplier to Boeing, needed to align its IT and supply chain with Boeing’s Raw Material Aggregation System (RMAS). To meet Boeing’s EDI requirements and speed supplier onboarding without heavy in‑house development, Baoji selected ArcESB to implement an electronic data interchange (EDI) solution using ArcESB’s platform and connectors.

ArcESB delivered secure file transfer (AS2/SFTP), X12/DataToXML EDI messaging and Excel/spreadsheet integration so Baoji can send and receive Boeing 850/855/856/997 and related documents without manual translation or custom coding. By converting spreadsheets to X12 and automating bidirectional communication, ArcESB eliminated costly VAN processing, reduced order touch time and paperwork, increased visibility into demand forecasts, and enabled Baoji to operate as a seamless, compliant partner in Boeing’s Raw Materials Strategy.
