MRC, a specialized EVMS consulting firm working with government, civil, and commercial clients, needed help maintaining and improving a project management application used in its facilities. Their original development team became too busy to continue supporting the app, so they brought in Arcanys for ongoing maintenance and development, including UI/UX design, software development, dedicated team support, and manual testing.

Arcanys took over the application, learned the existing PHP/MySQL structure, and then helped revitalize the product’s appearance and performance while preserving the backend. Over time, Arcanys also supported enhancements and began work on a second version of the platform. The results were strong: an independent review found the app impressive enough that it was recommended as a possible government-wide standard, and MRC reported excellent communication, reliable scheduling, and talented developers throughout the engagement.
