Medulla, a technology startup focused on improving product traceability in manufacturing, needed help moving beyond an internal prototype for its factory operations software. They partnered with Arcanys to build a cloud-based version of the platform using AWS and Kubernetes, along with UI/UX design, software development, dedicated support, and manual testing.

Arcanys developed the manufacturing automation platform from the ground up, improved its automated operations, and added a user-friendly frontend interface. The engagement has been ongoing since September 2018, with Medulla spending about $10,000–$12,000 per month, and the client reported no functional problems in the builds, reliable sprint delivery, and strong foresight from Arcanys in anticipating issues and recommending solutions before they arose.
