The customer, Tapi, needed to process a high volume of maintenance invoices for their clients and sought to improve the speed and accuracy of this process. They worked with vendor Arcanum AI to implement an automated solution using AI technology to extract data from a wide variety of invoice formats.

Arcanum AI implemented an automated invoice processing workflow powered by AWS Textract, enhanced with their own post-processors to handle diverse invoice formats and styles. The solution was designed to be robust, accurate, and scalable. As a result, Tapi processed over 60,000 invoices in the first month with a very high accuracy rate, significantly improving their customer experience through faster and more precise invoice handling.
