How Carta Marketed Itself Directly to Founders and Doubled Conversion with Arcade

Carta, a cap table management software company, wanted a better way to market new products directly to founders as it moved toward a self-service growth model. Traditional demo videos were too long and didn’t keep prospects engaged, so the team needed a more interactive way to showcase products like Carta Launch, Carta Total Comp, and its core cap table offering.

Using Arcade, Carta created interactive product demos (“Arcades”) and shared them on Twitter, product pages, and in Salesforce support documentation. The approach let prospects explore features before signing up, and conversion spiked to 20%; Carta has since published six Arcades, with higher engagement and conversion than its original demo content, and 11 team members now collaborate on Arcade-based marketing.
