The results provided the facilities team with instant mobile access to critical information, including as-builts, equipment manuals, and emergency procedures. This transformation streamlined operations, allowing technicians to access information on-site via tablets, share data with first responders, and hyperlink documents to their work order system, significantly improving efficiency and emergency responsiveness.
