Real Estate Council of Alberta rolls out Office 365 to 200,000 Microsoft Teams users with ARC Business Solutions

The Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) was facing challenges with its outdated and fragmented IT environment, including an unengaging on-premise SharePoint intranet and disparate communication tools. These systems failed to meet key objectives for security, centralized management, and effective collaboration. To address this, RECA engaged ARC Business Solutions through an RFP process to manage a comprehensive migration to Office 365, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.

ARC Business Solutions implemented a phased solution that included a tenant configuration, an Exchange migration, and the modernization of the intranet portal using SharePoint Online. They also led critical change management and training sessions to drive user adoption. The project resulted in the successful rollout of the new platforms, providing RECA with a dynamic, branded intranet and a unified communication hub.
