Celero, a leading provider of payments and banking solutions for Canadian credit unions, needed a better way to communicate announcements, bulletins, newsletters and system alerts to the credit unions it supports. Celero selected ARC Business Solutions to design and deliver an end-to-end mobile solution — a visually polished, cross-platform (iOS and Android) hybrid mobile application with intuitive navigation and full lifecycle services from requirements and design to development, QA and deployment.

ARC Business Solutions implemented the hybrid mobile client, server-side APIs for authentication and data refresh, content caching and automated push notifications, with integration planned into Celero’s extranet. The ARC-built app was successfully rolled out as a dynamic communication channel for Celero’s multi-regional client base, enabling timely distribution of product information and alerts; Celero praised ARC Business Solutions for a professional implementation and effective mobile solution.
