Wanderu integrates hundreds of carriers with Arbisoft to expand into 40 countries

Wanderu, a ground travel metasearch engine and fare aggregator, sought to expand its business into the European market. Their challenge was integrating hundreds of new European road and rail carriers to increase their platform's coverage. To achieve this goal, Wanderu partnered with Arbisoft for software development and team augmentation services.

Arbisoft implemented a solution by providing a dedicated engineering team that used Python, Twisted, Treq, and Scrapy to successfully integrate the Wanderu platform with hundreds of carrier APIs. Arbisoft later expanded its role to develop an iOS app, enabling on-the-go bookings. This partnership allowed Wanderu to bring on partners more quickly, differentiate itself in the travel app space, and successfully expand its operations into both Europe and North America.
