Arbisoft implemented Supercal using an event-driven architecture built with Python and AWS services. The solution features an AI assistant named Alex that automates scheduling via email and calendar integrations. The results were dramatic, reducing scheduling time from 30 minutes to just 30 seconds. This efficiency saved an estimated 128 hours per employee annually, translating to potential savings of over $1.38 million for a 1,000-person organization.
