Arateg was engaged by AsstrA-Associated Traffic AG, a worldwide logistics services provider, to address a critical operational challenge. The company lacked a unified data system, relying instead on disparate Excel spreadsheets that led to inconsistent information, time-consuming searches, and ineffective process monitoring for top managers. The project goal was to conduct customer development and UX design to build an all-in-one solution for standardized reporting and data unification.

The solution from Arateg involved in-depth user interviews, the creation of detailed personas and impact maps, and the custom UX design of a new Dashboard module for the client's portal. This system introduced centralized management of quotas and KPIs, robust search and filtering, data visualization, and standardized tags. As a result, AsstrA standardized reporting, unified data across departments, and gained the ability to easily monitor all logistics processes, with the implemented dashboard successfully meeting all their requirements.
