Valley Fine Foods is a family-owned Northern California maker of fresh pasta, sauces and prepared meals (brands include Three Bridges, Pasta Prima and Artisola) that produces hundreds of thousands of servings each year. The company had been managing formulas and recipes across spreadsheets and notebooks, which made updates slow, information hard to find, and research and production workflows lacking visibility.

Partnering with PSC Group to deploy a formula and recipe management solution on the Aras Innovator PLM platform, Valley moved all recipes into a secure, searchable database accessible to authorized staff. The new system improved manufacturing controls and regulatory reporting, cut documentation and reporting time from hours or days to minutes, boosted cross-department communication, reduced errors, and delivered a clear ROI, with plans to add cost benchmarking and production-floor tablets.
